How we work

Clear terms, before any code.

How we price work, who owns the result, how we treat your data and what happens after launch.

Engagement models

Pick the model that fits the work

Most projects start with paid discovery or a paid pilot, then move to the model that suits the scope.

  • Fixed price

A defined scope for an agreed price. Best when the requirements are clear.

  • Time and materials

You pay for the time spent. Best when the scope is still moving.

  • Milestone-based

Payment tied to agreed deliverables, reviewed at each stage.

  • Monthly retainer

A set amount of capacity each month for ongoing work.

  • Dedicated team

A team working on your roadmap, managed with you.

  • Annual maintenance (AMC)

Yearly support and maintenance for a live system.

  • Paid pilot

A small, time-boxed build to test an idea on real data.

  • Paid discovery

Scope, architecture and a plan before any build begins.

Our commitments

What you can rely on

  • NDAs on request

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive.

  • You own what you pay for

Intellectual property in the work we build for you transfers to you on full payment.

  • Careful with your data

We use only the data a project needs, keep access to the people working on it, and return or delete it when the work ends.

  • Support after launch

Choose an annual maintenance contract or a monthly retainer to keep your system patched, monitored and improving.

  • A person decides

In the AI systems we build, a person approves actions that cannot be undone.

Project stages

From first call to handover

Four stages on every engagement, scaled to the size of the project.

  1. 1

    Understand

Clarify the users, goals, constraints, and current systems.

  2. 2

    Plan

Map the main components, data, and integrations before implementation.

  3. 3

    Build

Develop and review the work in small, testable increments.

  4. 4

    Prepare

Plan deployment, operations, documentation, and ownership.
